These Terms apply to applications made available under Simple Apps, including CopyNote and Hijri.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using a Simple Apps application, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Applications
Applications are provided for personal, productivity, utility, and lawful use only. You agree not to misuse them or interfere with their operation.
Purchases and Payments
App Store payments, billing, taxes, and refunds are handled by Apple. Simple Apps does not process payment-card information.
User Content
Users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, appropriateness, and security of content they create or manage. Simple Apps does not claim ownership of user-created content.
CopyNote
CopyNote is an application designed for creating, managing, and organizing notes across supported devices. The application may store encrypted data locally and may optionally synchronize encrypted app data through the user's Google Drive account.
Users are responsible for device and account security and for maintaining appropriate backups.
Hijri
Hijri is a menu bar application for Mac that provides date conversion and calculation tools. The application is provided for personal use and performs its core functions locally on the user's device.
Third-Party Services
Google Drive synchronization depends on Google services, account availability, network access, and Google's terms and policies.
No Professional Advice
Simple Apps applications are general productivity tools and do not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice.
Availability and Updates
Applications or features may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued subject to applicable law and platform rules.
No Warranty
Applications are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Apps and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-data damages.
Apple App Store
Applications distributed through Apple's App Store are also subject to Apple's applicable rules and policies.
Intellectual Property
The applications and related branding and materials are owned by Simple Apps or its developer, except for third-party and user-selected materials owned by their respective rights holders.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
